“Democracy is extremely precious and important to us, and we cannot be like those who use the tools of democracy to harm democracy,” Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in his speech at the PACE.
According to him, the practice of harming democracy under the guise of protecting it is even more dangerous.
“Let me confidently state that, despite all this, democracy in the Republic of Armenia is in reliable hands. And in this case, we are not talking about the government, not the ruling majority, not the civil majority, but about the people, the citizens of the Republic of Armenia,” he said.
