Thoughts were exchanged on the prospects for deepening the Armenia-EU partnership
RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with Austrian Federal Minister for European and International Affairs Beate Meinl-Reisinger.
The interlocutors discussed initiatives aimed at the dynamic development of bilateral relations between Armenia and Austria.
Ararat Mirzoyan and Beate Meinl-Reisinger exchanged views on the prospects for the process of deepening the Armenia-EU partnership. Minister Mirzoyan highly appreciated the support provided by Austria to various initiatives, emphasizing, among other things, the importance of people-to-people contacts and continuous work to expand market access. They also touched upon the mechanisms of cooperation to effectively counter the challenges encountered on the path of democratic reforms. Ararat Mirzoyan and Beate Meinl-Reisinger also touched upon regional developments, as well as issues of cooperation on multilateral platforms.
