Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will also address the opening of the autumn session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), according to a report from the Council of Europe Office.
The President of Malta, Myriam Spiteri Debono, will address the session before the one that follows.
The agenda of the autumn session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) includes the need to intensify efforts to protect the lives of journalists in Gaza and the release of Ukrainian journalists held captive in Russia.
During the session, the Assembly will elect a Secretary General for the next five years.
