“We are providing Armenia with the second phase of resilience financing: more than €200 million,” said EU Commissioner Marta Kos.
She stressed that the funds will support investments in connectivity, resilience, and business development. “This demonstrates Armenia’s commitment to a clear reform agenda and your clear commitment to implementing reforms in key areas.”
