“Today I had the honor to sign an agreement with the EBRD, dedicated to improving the customs sector and addressing the needs of refugees and their hosts,” said EU Commissioner Marta Kos.
According to Kos, they are ready to invest in trade, energy, and transport, in key infrastructure projects, in line with the “Crossroads of Peace” initiative. “We are also working intensively on developing an international, interregional connectivity agenda, connecting Europe with Central Asia and the South Caucasus through Turkey, where Armenia is an indispensable player.”
