I have come to understand that the reform should be gradual. The Japanese saying goes: The fastest is the slowest, but without interruptions. Prime Minister Pashinyan said this during an international conference.
He emphasized that reforms should neither occur quickly nor slowly.
“The other speed, one thing is, will be interrupted; we will be in a hurry. At least to catch our breath, we will have to stop, and this already creates a break with the content of the reform,” the Prime Minister said.
