The RA Foreign Minister received Brendan Hanrahan, Director of the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs of the US Department of State. The interlocutors discussed steps aimed at developing the RA-US strategic partnership in all areas of interest, including through the implementation of the bilateral memoranda signed on August 8. Opportunities for innovative collaboration in the fields of energy, artificial intelligence, and semiconductors were discussed.
Ararat Mirzoyan and Brendan Hanrahan also discussed the implementation of the trilateral declaration signed by the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and the US in Washington, including issues related to the implementation of the “Trump Path to International Peace and Prosperity” (TRIPP). Both sides emphasized the importance of expanding the communications and infrastructure network based on agreed principles, both in the context of regional peace and increasing connectivity with a broader geography.
Minister Mirzoyan highly appreciated the ongoing efforts and support provided by the American side. During the meeting, thoughts were exchanged on international and regional developments.
