There is no longer any opposition in the parliament. Alen Simonyan (VIDEO)

There is no longer an opposition in parliament, there are some individuals who are looking for a place in other political forces to appear in the future parliament, - stated NA Speaker Alen Simonyan.

He noted that there is an extra-parliamentary opposition, and he hopes that most of them will appear in the NA.

"Nobody listens to what they say; they cannot gather 7 people on the street. If I put my picture on the street, more people will gather around it than if I didn't. They are a political corpse, they are bankrupt, they have no political agenda," he said.

To the journalist's question whether Samvel Karapetyan's force is a competitor, he said, "No, because that pontoon: we spend money, we will distribute money, it's a money-rich place, you can unite with us and then appear, get a state position, it doesn't work anymore, because it's a pontoon, because there is no political force there, there is a wealthy person who appeared in prison, and as has been done for decades, they are trying to find political refuge in the National Assembly."

He also noted, When have you seen the parliamentary opposition demand early parliamentary elections? "There has been no such example."
