He emphasized that this has nothing to do with the agreements reached, especially the agreements reached in Washington.

According to the Prime Minister, there is an objective reality and subjective perceptions. The objective truth is that Armenia and Azerbaijan have once again recognized each other’s territorial sovereignty in Washington.

“And it follows from this that there may be such channels through the territory of Armenia, on which the Republic of Armenia makes a decision, and agreements have been reached on them,” he said, adding that there will be an infrastructure called “TRIP” in Armenia. According to him, this is not the whole story, but the story is that under this agreement, there are signatures of the presidents of the United States and Azerbaijan. “I am clearly saying that there cannot be an infrastructure under any other name in the territory of Armenia.”
