Slovakia supports the agenda for deepening the Armenia-EU partnership

On September 8, during his working visit to the Slovak Republic, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, met with the State Secretary of the Ministry of Defense of the Slovak Republic, Igor Meliher.

Igor Meliher congratulated the Secretary of the Security Council on the initialing of the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, noting that peace will have a positive impact on both the region and extra-regional countries, at the request of I. Meliher, Armen Grigoryan, presented the details of the agreements reached in Washington, the economic opportunities to be provided, and the efforts made by Armenia to achieve lasting peace in the region.

During the meeting, the parties discussed Armenia-Slovakia bilateral relations and emphasized the readiness to effectively use the significant potential in the development of cooperation between the two countries. Igor Meliher expressed Slovakia's support for the agenda of deepening the Armenia-EU partnership.
