Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has announced that the Armenian-American memoranda will be published soon.
He noted that the document is not secret. “I think that since it is a bilateral document, we will reach an agreement with our American partners and publish those documents as well.”
Until then, according to Pashinyan, experts and MPs can familiarize themselves with the content of the text. “In which, let me say, there is no secret.”
“I think we will publish it in the near future. I call on our partners, who have started formulating conspiracy theories, to speed up this process to justify their expectations when the memoranda are published.”
The Prime Minister also noted that the document has five points: "It's not a big document, it's not like it's in volumes, in languages unfamiliar to us... It's a 5-point document, and in that 5-point document, five phrases are key in answering all your questions: territorial integrity, sovereignty, jurisdiction, inviolability of borders, and reciprocity."
