“When we record that peace has been established, we do not record that the parties no longer have any issues. This does not happen in our relations with countries with which we have not had any issues,” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a briefing.
According to him, establishing and developing interstate relations is a dynamic process. The parties' agreements and disagreements do not impact the overall picture.
“I also said in my message that peace needs care, which should be constant. The record is that, yes, peace has been established. The established peace should become more and more institutional.”
