During his regular briefing, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to the trilateral statement signed on November 9, 2020.
“There is no need to return to November 9 at all.” “November 9 remains November 9,” he said.
Pashinyan said that the agreements reached in Washington are not being discussed; they will begin in September.
He also emphasized: “We do not have any fixed agreements, including for 99 years.”
