“If there is peace, then trade ties will soon emerge. Very embryonic, but they will develop over time,” said Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, speaking of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations. He also noted that for Azerbaijan, there will be unhindered access to third countries through the territory of Armenia, and from Armenia to third countries through the territory of Azerbaijan.
“Reciprocity, as Armenia provides, so does Azerbaijan... The word “unhindered” also includes. It includes everything,” he said.
Turning to the details, he noted: “There have been discussions, negotiations, ideas. We discussed in Abu Dhabi, Kazan, online, and in third countries. There are many ideas on how to ensure all of that. But in practice, the regulations that will be created from these ideas are the subject of upcoming negotiations. But whatever happens, I say, we are ready for any simplification.”
