The Armenian Embassy in Italy presented a post by Italian Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini:
“After almost 40 years of armed conflict, the US-brokered peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia is a historic turning point and a sign of hope. When diplomacy replaces weapons, it is always great news.
May this step also be a good omen for other war zones around the world, especially on the eve of the meeting between Trump and Putin in Alaska on August 15.
Today, more than ever, everyone’s commitment must be in one direction: PEACE.”
