The text of the Constitution should be ready before the 2026 elections. Minister

We must do everything to ensure that the new text of the Constitution is ready by the 2026 elections," stated the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, Srbuhi Galyan.

"It is not right to link constitutional amendments to external factors. This is our internal issue; our people will decide whether they want to have a new constitution or not," she said.
