On July 17, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Alain Simonyan, received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom to Armenia, John Gallagher, who is completing his diplomatic mission in our country.
Expressing gratitude to the Ambassador for his significant contribution to the development of relations between Armenia and the United Kingdom, Alain Simonyan wished him success in his future activities.
Ambassador Gallagher, in turn, thanked the Speaker of the National Assembly for the practical cooperation.
The interlocutors also discussed issues related to the bilateral agenda, with a particular focus on regional security topics.
