Armenian-Russian relations should be much better than before: Prime Minister

Our relations with Russia are in a transformation phase, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said.
"In my opinion, our relations with Russia will no longer be the same as they were. But that does not mean that our relations with Russia should be bad. No, our relations with Russia should be much better than they were before," he said.
