Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has announced that the trilateral format of deputy prime ministers has not been functioning for a long time.
“The trilateral format of the deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Armenia, the Russian Federation, and Azerbaijan has not been functioning for a long time, including due to certain misunderstandings surrounding the interpretation of the existing text, certain practical problems, and, frankly, a certain lack of trust,” he said. “This is the current reality.”
