I have not received any proposals from the OSCE Minsk Group. Prime Minister

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced today that he has not received any proposals from the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs.

“I have not received any proposals at all from the OSCE Minsk Group. I have spoken about it publicly. I have received the remnants of the proposals made to Serzh Sargsyan by the OSCE Minsk Group,” he said.

“I said in the National Assembly that the paper that you consider that I received as a proposal begins with the following sentence: it is addressed to the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan. I do not know who it was addressed to, but it was not to me. That is one hundred percent.”

He noted that the document submitted in 2019 was not separate from the previous ones but was in a package. “I have published its contents, and I am publishing it now.”

He noted that he spoke extensively on this topic in the NA Investigative Committee.
