It is not that we are becoming a member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization from scratch, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated, noting that Armenia has observer status there.
“This is related to the substantive and structural changes taking place in the organization,” he said, assuring that this fits into the logic of balancing and a balanced foreign policy.
“We want to continue the balancing and balanced policy,” he said, insisting that Armenia is a welcome partner in the north, the south, the east, and the west.
