French President Emmanuel Macron wrote in Armenian on X:
“I am pleased to welcome Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to Paris. I reaffirmed France’s support for his courageous efforts to establish peace with Azerbaijan.
The signing of a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan as soon as possible could open a new chapter for all peoples, countries in the region, and beyond.
This meeting also provided an opportunity to review our bilateral relations, to continue to deepen cooperation in all areas, and to consolidate our strategic bilateral partnership soon.”
