Iranian Ambassador to Armenia Mehdi Sobhani said that 224 people were killed and 1,200 injured in Iran as a result of the military operations.
He noted that the aggression was imposed on them, and the US government is responsible for this “for its full support for the crimes committed by Israel.”
“The US is a participant in these attacks. It must accept its responsibility and stop hypocrisy and misleading the world community. Agreement by force is not an agreement; it is surrender. We will not surrender,” he said.
The ambassador thanked the Armenian authorities for condemning Israel’s actions.
“We highly appreciate the support and assistance of the honest people. We feel the spiritual support of the Armenian people,” the ambassador said.
