"We conducted an investigation. There was almost no violation on our part." Armen Grigoryan
Armenia has proposed to Azerbaijan to establish a joint commission on border incidents to investigate the incidents, Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan said at a briefing with reporters.
“We have handed over an official document to the Azerbaijani side and have had some discussions. We have also asked them to provide us with details according to the violations of the incidents. We have conducted a detailed investigation and responded. I can say that there was almost no violation on our part. We have also provided information, details on their violations, and even video recordings. We expect the investigation of the Azerbaijani side,” Grigoryan noted.
According to him, Armenia has investigated the violations pointed out by the Azerbaijani side and submitted a report to the Azerbaijani side. Still, Azerbaijan has not yet submitted a report on its violations to Armenia and expects to receive one.
