According to the Foreign Minister, it is assumed that the demarcation will be carried out based on the Alma Ata Declaration. “The point that will be Azerbaijani, but under our control, will presumably be returned to Azerbaijan, and the part that is the territory of Armenia, but under the control of Azerbaijan, will be returned to Armenia. This is the meaning of the work of the commissions,” he noted.
