"Without having formal diplomatic relations with Turkey, we have a much more active, productive dialogue than many countries that have diplomatic relations with each other," Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said.
He agrees with the assertions that it is time for that dialogue to produce tangible results.
"The dialogue has been developing positively for a long time. Of course, there are interim results, but it is time to see the final results. This is our conviction."
He pointed to the renovation of the Margara checkpoint as an interim result.
