"As long as there is no normalization of relations, there is a risk of escalation. At the same time, I must say that I consider the imminent normalization of our relations with Azerbaijan and Turkey and, accordingly, the opening of the borders to be very realistic," he said.
According to Mirzoyan, their efforts are focused in that direction, and he believes that this will become a reality in both directions in the near future.
