Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan congratulated the President of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic, Giorgia Meloni, on the occasion of the national holiday, Republic Day. The message reads:
“I warmly congratulate you and the people of Italy on the national holiday of Italy, Republic Day.
Italy is a friendly country and an essential partner for us. Armenia has permanently attached special importance to the consistent development and deepening of friendly relations with Italy based on democratic values, mutual interests, and sympathy between our peoples.
We attach great importance to cooperation with Italy on both bilateral and multilateral platforms, including cooperation within the framework of the Armenia-EU partnership. With joint efforts, we will continue to record new achievements, raising the level of cooperation between Armenia and Italy to a qualitatively new level.
I hope we will soon have the opportunity to meet and discuss issues of mutual interest in more detail.
