Nominate Artak Zeynalyan for the position of judge of the Constitutional Court: we learn from the Government's decision.
"Guided by Part 1 of Article 166 of the Constitution, the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides to nominate Artak Zeynalyan for the position of judge of the Constitutional Court," the decision reads.
Zeynalyan is a member of the "Republic" faction of the Yerevan Council of Elders.
