On May 26, within the “Yerevan Dialogue” international conference framework, RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan received Belén Martinez Carbone, Secretary General of the European External Action Service (EEAS).
The interlocutors discussed the new agenda of the RA-EU Partnership, emphasizing that this document will be a new significant milestone in deepening the comprehensive cooperation between Armenia and the EU.
Ararat Mirzoyan and Belén Martinez Carbone discussed specific mechanisms, the implementation of which best corresponds to the political will expressed by the RA and the EU at the highest level to deepen the bilateral partnership.
Regarding current geopolitical trends, Minister Mirzoyan emphasized the importance of strengthening partnerships based on like-minded and democratic principles and making timely and appropriate decisions.
The meeting also touched upon regional developments.
