Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan touched upon regional issues at a press conference with his French counterpart, emphasizing that Armenia highly appreciates France's position on preserving the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Armenia and the inviolability of its borders.
"This is an important guarantee for building a predictable, secure atmosphere and peace in the region."
He noted that Armenia is committed to the peace agenda and is ready for discussions on determining the place and time for signing the text of the peace agreement.
"Creating a peaceful and secure environment around us is one of Armenia's foreign policy priorities."
He also discussed the talks on normalizing relations with Turkey: "We are committed to building a completely new, peaceful, and secure region. At least, we are taking steps on our part."
