The second international forum, "Yerevan Dialogue," has kicked off in Yerevan. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, will deliver the opening speech.
It should be noted that the Prime Minister of Slovakia, Robert Fico, is in Armenia to participate in the forum. He will also speak at the forum.
