“We are not satisfied with the CSTO’s response to particular events,” Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said during a press conference with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
He recalled that Armenia had frozen its activities within the framework of that organization. “I would not draw any further conclusions at this time, but I want to state that our discussions are very constructive and ongoing; they have elements of problematic issues, they have elements of issues with positive dynamics, and they are healthy partnership discussions.”
