French Ambassador Olivier Decotigny wrote on his “X” page, addressing Armenia’s World Press Freedom Index rating.
“In the 2025 World Press Freedom Index of Reporters Without Borders, Armenia ranks 34th out of 180 countries, continuing its progress and establishing itself as an island of freedom in the region.
By supporting Armenia, we support a democratic country that shares our values,” the ambassador wrote.
