President Vahagn Khachaturyan stated that Armenia highly appreciates Georgia's efforts to strengthen stability and security in the South Caucasus and the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
During a joint press conference of the Presidents of Armenia and Georgia, Khachaturyan noted, "We welcome Georgia's initiatives to create bilateral and trilateral platforms for cooperation and value Georgia's role in finding areas for collaboration and implementing joint economic projects. "
According to him, the two countries' presidents also exchanged views on several issues of international importance, geopolitical developments, and regional prospects.
