Deputy Foreign Minister discusses regional developments with Chinese Ambassador
On April 28, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Mnatsakan Safaryan received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Armenia Li Xinwei on the occasion of presenting a copy of his credentials.
Deputy Minister Safaryan congratulated the newly appointed Ambassador on the start of his mission and wished him fruitful activities in further developing bilateral relations, expressing his readiness to provide all possible support.
The parties noted with satisfaction the dynamic development of relations between Armenia and China since the establishment of diplomatic ties, placing particular importance on the historically formed friendship between the two peoples.
Both sides emphasized the commitment to activating political dialogue and promoting multi-sectoral cooperation between the two countries.
The interlocutors exchanged views on regional developments and issues of mutual interest.
