Prime Minister condemns burning of Azerbaijani and Turkish flags. Spokesperson

The press secretary of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nazeli Baghdasaryan, responding to the question of "Armenpress," conveyed the attitude of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan regarding the burning of the flags of Turkey and Azerbaijan during the torchlight procession organized by the ARF on April 23.

- Mrs. Baghdasaryan, how does Prime Minister Pashinyan feel about the fact that the participants of the torchlight procession organized by the ARF once again burned the flags of Turkey and Azerbaijan?

- Prime Minister Pashinyan condemns this practice, considering it irresponsible and unacceptable. The burning of the flags of an internationally recognized state, especially neighboring states, cannot be treated differently by the head of state. It is a provocative and inciting practice. At the same time, Prime Minister Pashinyan condemns the shooting by the Azerbaijani armed forces at a residential house in the village of Khoznavar, Syunik region, the violations of the ceasefire regime by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, and calls on the Azerbaijani authorities to investigate these incidents and provide clarifications.
