NA Speaker Alen Simonyan disagrees with the view that the Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiations are at a deadlock.
"There is an agreed document. I had a small private conversation with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament in St. Petersburg. There is no need for, and cannot be any talk about, a deadlock. It is also in the interests of the Azerbaijani side that the process be completed as quickly as possible."
