Armen Grigoryan met with the head of the NATO Secretary General's Office

On April 17, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, met with the Head of the Personal Office of NATO Secretary General Geoffrey van Leeuwen during his working visit to Brussels.

The interlocutors discussed the security situation in the South Caucasus and the process of normalizing Armenia-Azerbaijan relations. In this context, A. Grigoryan presented the steps taken by the Armenian government, and J. van Leeuwen welcomed the completion of the negotiations on the draft peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan and highlighted the importance of the efforts to sign the treaty.

The RA-NATO bilateral relations and prospects for cooperation were also touched upon during the meeting.
