"The ARF is the only one; it was a coalition partner of the Young Turks." Rubinyan (VIDEO)
When Armenia was becoming independent, the ARF was against independence. This is documented: "You were in a coalition with the Young Turks, you collaborated with the Sultan, you collaborated with the Hunchaks, the Communists, the Republicans. And with the KP, what can I say? You tried to cooperate, but halfway through, you decided we were not like your traditional coalition partners and decided to go your way. But, you will cooperate with everyone; you have no problem doing that."
When asked what the political force could do, he said: "Nothing, nothing; the political force should cooperate with everyone, express 10 different positions on the same issue, speak out against it when the country becomes independent, and then tell everyone that you are all traitors and scoundrels."
Before that, the ARF deputies had made speeches, and Artsvik Minasyan, addressing Ruben Rubinyan, said: "It would be good to say before reminding you of Circular 004 how many circulars you have. And before that, it would be good to say, in general, how is Kilic? What is he saying to you, to your ears?"
