Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan congratulated the representatives of the Yezidi community on the occasion of the Malake Taus holiday.
“Dear representatives of the Yezidi community of the Republic of Armenia,
I warmly congratulate all of you on the occasion of the New Year, Malake Taus holiday.
This bright national holiday is a beautiful occasion to share joy and send words of good wishes to all representatives of the Yezidi community of Armenia.
As responsible citizens, the Yezidis of the Republic of Armenia will continue to make their visible contribution to the development of our state.
The government, in turn, is determined to preserve and develop the identity of the Yezidi community of the Republic of Armenia, to provide access to education, and to support economic activity.
Congratulating again on the occasion of the Malake Taus holiday, I wish that the coming year will be a year of abundance and prosperity, success and happiness for the Republic of Armenia and the Yezidi community of the Republic of Armenia,” the message says.
