Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan explained why it is worth discussing the issue of dissolving the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmanship for Armenia:
“For the same reason I mentioned a moment ago: we should not continue the Karabakh movement. Therefore, why are we postponing the decision to dissolve the Minsk Group co-chairmanship? We want to be sure that just as we have a political decision not to continue the Karabakh movement, there is no decision in Azerbaijan that they will start another movement, for example, the West Azerbaijan movement, and this story is not about establishing peace but about exporting the conflict logic from the territory of Azerbaijan to the territory of Armenia.”
