"The agreement with Azerbaijan is waiting to be signed." Pashinyan to Rubio

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spoke with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on the telephone. The interlocutors discussed the Armenia-US strategic partnership and issues related to the regional agenda.

The Prime Minister presented the negotiation processes to the Secretary of State, which resulted in the agreement on the draft agreement “On the Establishment of Peace and Interstate Relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan.” The Prime Minister emphasized that the draft agreement is awaiting signing.

The interlocutors agreed to continue high-level Armenia-US contacts.
