German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock will take a top job at the United Nations. According to government sources, the German government wants to nominate a politician for the President of the UN General Assembly.
As the DPA news agency reported, the UN General Assembly will elect Baerbock in early June, and her one-year term will end in September.
