I am pleased to announce that Keith Kellogg has been appointed Special Envoy to Ukraine. US President Donald Trump wrote on social media.
"Kellogg, a highly respected military expert, will directly contact Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and the country's leadership. He knows them well and has a perfect working relationship with them," he said.
