"There is no unilateral regulation in the text of the agreement." Minister (VIDEO)

"There is no provision in the agreed text that people who lived in both countries before the collapse of the Soviet Union and then left those territories should return to their homes or to the territories where their ancestors lived," said Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.

He also touched upon Azerbaijan's interpretation of the RA Constitution, emphasizing that there is nothing about that in the agreement's text. "Generally, there is no unilateral regulation in the agreement's text. There is also no regulation on constitutions. We also have concerns about the Azerbaijani constitution, and we also see certain aspirations directed against the territorial integrity of the RA. But it is also known that we believe that certain provisions in the agreement's text dispel those concerns."
