Armenia to present reservations about OSCE Minsk Group after signing Peace Agreement

RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated that after the signing of the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, we can consider that in institutional terms, in a documented form, the conflict has come to an end, and we can say that the need for the OSCE Minsk Group is no longer there.

According to him, some aspects of rhetoric and deconstructiveness have been encountered on the part of Azerbaijan, which is worrying. “At the moment, when we have a signed peace agreement, we will also have reservations regarding the further activities of the OSCE Minsk Group,” he said.

According to Mirzoyan, any agreement provision can be implemented after it is signed, ratified, and entered into force.
