Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan referred to the unblocking of communication routes between Armenia and Azerbaijan, emphasizing that the infrastructure will remain and operate under the jurisdiction of the given country.
“All railways, roads, and infrastructures of the Republic of Armenia will remain and operate under the sovereignty of the Republic of Armenia, by the legislation,” he emphasized, adding that there is no need for any third party to control these infrastructures.
“Mechanisms known to the civilized world can be used to ensure cargo safety,” he said.
