Armenia is ready to start discussions on the dates and places of signing the peace treaty

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to the conclusion of the Peace Agreement negotiations, noting: "The agreement on the text of the agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan is an important event."

He referred to the last two points, which have also been agreed upon: "One of Baku's two proposals concerns the deployment of forces of third countries along the border; the other concerns the mutual withdrawal of claims from international platforms and the non-action against each other."

He emphasized that the two provisions relate to the agreement's entry into force: "These provisions have not evolved much. We have concluded that the current content can be considered a compromise option acceptable to Armenia."

Referring to the terms of signing the agreement, he said, "We are ready to start discussions on the terms and place. We will try to bring our ideas closer together during the discussions."

Nikol Pashinyan also emphasized, "There is no unilateral provision in the Peace Agreement."

"This agreement does not mention EU observers. However, it does mention the deployment of forces from third countries. This applies to both Armenia and Azerbaijan."

Let us recall that today, Armenia and Azerbaijan announced that they had reached an agreement on all points of the peace agreement.
