The Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in the United States reports that on March 4, Ambassador Lilit Makunts met with Congressman Michael Lawler (Republican, New York).
During the meeting, the parties discussed the promotion of Armenia-US bilateral relations and the critical role of Congress in this matter.
The Ambassador briefly presented the Armenia-Armenian peace process.
In her public speeches, the Congressman has repeatedly expressed support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Armenia, for which the Ambassador thanked the Congressman.
